How I work

Listen

You tell me what you need, in person or in writing. I ask questions until the problem is clear to both of us.
Proposal

Before any work starts, you get a written quote: what I will do, what is not included, and what it costs.
Build

I show you the work as it takes shape, so changes happen early, while they are still cheap.
Delivery

I install it, explain it and leave written instructions. After delivery, you always know who to contact.
